Nepal- Boudha with the girls

Today we went to Boudha with two of the girls. By the way.. actually we wanted to go trekking tomorrow, but obviously we can`t because of Paula`s leg.. so we decided to start our trekkingtour at the 24th of October . Okay so we took a taxi to Boudha. This time we didn`t drive directly to the entrance of the stupa because I really didn`t want to pay for going there again.. I mean it costs 400 NR which is quite expensive here. So we took a little trail through some houses Michael had shown me and we reached the stupa from the back entrance. Luckily the ticket man didn`t notice us... We showed the girls around and I bought some earrings, a dream catcher and an ankle bracelet. The ankle bracelet was a totally waste of money.. It stayed on my ankle for about two days then it was already broken greaaaat!!!  After walking around the Stupa we went into a rooftop cafe and had something to drink. It was the first time the girls had banana lassi and they really liked it. They finished their drinks within two minutes haha. One thing which is always quite annoying is that they can never sit down for 10 or 15 minutes and just enjoy the view or their drinks. They always seem to be in a hurry and ask "what are we doing now? Can we leave? ..." Sometimes I don`t really have the feeling they actually enjoy going out but on the other hand everyone always wants to leave the orphanage... I do not really understand their behaviour from time to time... So after having a drink we went to the garden of piece. Again (same as the boys) the girls were fascinated of the gold fishes haha. I just sat down and was watching them. It was just so cute how excited they were about some fishes, swimming in some dirty water haha. I think we spent about half an hour in the park, then we went to the Himalayan Java Cafe to have something to eat. It was the first time I tried scrambled egg and it was soo tasty. Paula had a bagel which was served with fruit salad and looked so delicious as well . The kids just wanted to have ice cream... After eating, Paula wanted to buy some earrings for the girls. They needed ages until they had decided which one they liked and it was so annoying. They also changed their mind within 10 seconds all the time and this is just so exhausting. So me and Paula were quite happy when we were finally back in the orphanage. We just relaxed a little bit and in the evening we watched tv with the kids. To be honest I have never seen as stupid and unreal movies as here. The acting of Nepali actors is soo bad haha and even if Paula and me don`t understand anything of what the people are saying we always have a lot of fun watching it because the unreality and overacting just makes us laugh so much haha.
